AUSTRALIA DAY LONG WEEKEND

OUR EUROPEAN CHOCOLATIERS TRANSFORM CLASSIC AUSSIE TREATS! Sweet celebrations are in store when our European Chocolatiers turn their hands to classic Australian desserts over the Australia Day Long Weekend. We will be going into “Lamington Overdrive” with our Café serving baked daily giant lamingtons, lamington macarons, lamington ice cream and a decadent lamington hot chocolate. While the traditional ‘pav’ will be given a Chocolaterie twist via our special smashed pavlova sundae. Look out for other chocolate and pastry delights inspired by our Aussie celebrations. Fancy something savoury? We’ll be serving our Great Aussie Burger too in the all day cafe! Make a day trip to the Great Ocean Road over the long weekend to soak up the sunshine and enjoy a bounty of fresh produce and handcrafted creations! (No bookings in our Cafe).
