Our clever Chocolatiers and Pastry Chefs have dreamt up the coolest and craziest flavours inspired by cocktails, classic pairings and savoury sensations, plus seasonal ingredients sourced from our kitchen gardens and favourite local suppliers.
Twelve one-off flavours will be churned each day of the Festival like Aperol Spritz, Pimms and a Blueberry Boba Bubble Tea, Cinnamon Scroll, Black Garlic & Chocolate, Dill Pickle, Biscoff, Moulin Rouge and Salted Brown Butter Pecan. Look out for vegan and sugar free scoops, plus creations just for the kids too. Mmmmm….
