Chocolaterie Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Yarra Valley Chocolaterie, Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie & Mornington Peninsula Chocolaterie Gift Vouchers (Gift Vouchers) are available for purchase from all three destinations in Victoria and on the Chocolateries websites yvci.com.au, gorci.com.au, mpchoc.com.au
- Gift Vouchers can be loaded with amounts between $25 and $250.
- Gift Vouchers entitle the holder to products, café food & drinks or experiences equal to the value stated on the Gift Voucher or remaining after partial redemption.
- Gift Vouchers can only be used for a minimum purchase of $5.
- Gift Vouchers are only redeemable at Yarra Valley Chocolaterie, Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie & Mornington Peninsula Chocolaterie and on the online stores yvci.com.au, gorci.com.au, mpchoc.com.au.
- Gift Vouchers are non-reloadable and not refundable or redeemable for other Gift Vouchers or cash.
- The value shown on the Gift Voucher includes GST.
- Gift Vouchers are partially redeemable and any unused balance will remain on the Gift Voucher until expiry and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Gift Voucher holders can check a Gift Voucher balance at any Chocolaterie in Victoria.
- If the Gift Voucher holder’s order exceeds the amount of the Gift Voucher, the Gift Voucher holder will be required to pay for the difference in price between the value of the Gift Voucher and the retail price of the products.
- Gift Vouchers expire 3 years from the date of issue. Any unused balance after expiry will not be refunded or credited.
- Should the Chocolateries suspect any fraud relating to a Gift Voucher, the Chocolateries may refuse to redeem the Gift Voucher until the Chocolateries is satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
- Please look after Gift Vouchers carefully as they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or defaced. Gift Voucher holders are solely responsible for Gift Vouchers once purchased.
