The Mornington Peninsula Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery is the sweetest destination on the Peninsula. With a stunning retail showroom, chocolate production on-site (and on view), an in-house ice creamery and a decadent brownie & beverage bar, the Chocolaterie experience is like no other. And, it could be your new place of work!

Our exciting business is looking for casual team members with exceptional customer service to join our team at our Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery in Flinders.  The role involves: –

  • Assisting customers in the showroom with tastings and purchases
  • Hosting small tasting sessions and classes – on the job training provided including lots of chocolate & ice cream sampling!
  • Stocking shelves and ensuring a high standard of presentation

We are open from 9am to 5pm every day of the year (except Christmas Day).

You will need an eye for detail, a willingness to adopt our exceptional customer service standards and a positive enthusiastic personality.

It will be an advantage if you have experience working in a retail or hospitality environment. As well as being a hands-on, active team player, you will need a genuine love of people and of course chocolate!

You must be available to work at least one day each weekend and most public holidays. Superstars looking for a fulltime role should not hesitate to apply.

Mornington Peninsula Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery located in the charming seaside village of Flinders is a tourism venue created out of passion. Our personal service and high quality standards, amazing festivals and ever growing product range make locals and travellers alike keen to return time and time again.

Together with our dynamic small team you will supply our stunning and busy showroom with chocolate, pastries and ice cream.

This is an exciting role with the opportunity to continue to develop your craft with our Master Chocolatiers and Pastry Chefs from our sister Chocolateries at Yarra Valley and on the Great Ocean Road.

The petite Chocolaterie has its our own lawn areas and kitchen garden, welcoming 3500 visitors each week.

You will need an eye for detail, a commitment to exceptional quality and efficient work practices and a proven ability to work with teams.

This is a full-time position working 5 days per week from 9am to 5.30pm.
