We’re counting down to our annual Hot Chocolate Festival and we just had to share the early word on how our talented Chocolatiers and Pastry Chefs have concocted ways to keep chocolate lovers everywhere warm this August.

Make a date to join us for our month long celebration at our Chocolateries, or get ready to whisk up some fun at home – we’ll have a special Festival menu you can order online for delivery anywhere in Australia.

31 flavours to try at the Chocolaterie 

Decadent, boozy, interactive, whimsical and totally over the top, our Chocolatiers and Pastry Chefs have created 31 amazing Hot Chocolate Festival flavours to get your temperature rising!

Each week in August there’ll be a revolving menu of eight different creations to try when you visit. All will feature our milk, dark, white, ruby or caramelised white couverture chocolate, giant marshmallow and extra chocolate shot.

And we’re saving our Showstopper hot-chocs exclusively for those who brave the winter chill and indulge with us at the Chocolateries. Look out for extra indulgent flavours such as the French Connection, an Iced Vovo Donut, Tropical Nougat, Biscoff Hedgehog, Nutella Meringue and Almond Croissant Biscotti with dunking donuts, luscious pastries and slices, exploding truffles and melting chocolate creations to take your winter beverage to hot new heights!

If you’re a real hot choc devotee, add our hands-on Tasting Sessions to your Hot Chocolate Festival plans.

Get whisking, dunking and devouring with our Chocolatiers in 45 minute sessions to sip and savour samples of eight different flavours + make your very own hot chocolate creation to take home and whisk up anytime. $24 pp.

You’ll be able to order online for
at-home indulgence  

We’ll be helping you whisk up your own Hot Chocolate Festival fun at home too! Our clever Chocolatiers are transforming a selection of our Festival creations into DIY Kits you can order online and have sent near or far.

Each kit will come with decadent flavoured melts, giant handcrafted marshmallow and special interactive element – just add your choice of hot milk!

So, stand by hot chocolate lovers, from August 1 there’ll be an online menu of flavours to click, pick and mix available at our e-store.
Our Chocolatiers have really outdone themselves with their innovative creations this year – we can’t wait to share our 2023 Hot Chocolate Festival with you at our Chocolateries or deliver some winter warmth to you ‘at home’.
